Nice day for a run with light ran and comfortable. My legs felt a little dead from the ramp up in milage and yesterday's fartlek. I don't feel any injuries, but I was a little sapped. Despite being tired, I tried to hit the appropriate easy pace, based on my recent 5k pr. The lower pace has me somewhat concerned and I ran too fast on the second mile, trying to overcome a relatively slower first mile.
