2nd day running
planned on running at a moderate pace
felt good and pushed it a bit
i didn't feel my right inner thigh and my hamstring felt good
i've got to keep stretching though
i know i could do this a little faster although it was nice and cool which i know helped my pace
had water o.j. protein mix right after and the other half of the banana
if i run tuesday i'm going to take it easy
