COMMENTS: Tried to keep it slower. My leg would hurt if I tried to power up a hill or run fast down so I slowed going up and tried to go no faster as my regular pace going down. I did notice that not taking a gel has an effect. I was feeling tired at around the 8.5 to 9 mile mark and had to will myself to finish. My head wasn't really into the run either.
