COMMENTS: I had a harder time keeping my pace and heart rate where I wanted them. I also noticed on my left foot I was really running on the inside of my shoe. I think that is part of the culprit of the ball of the foot pain. I used a Power Gel at mile 8...strawberry banana flavor...not the best.
