again with the calf problems... I strained both calves after the last long run, and I think I may have done exactly the same thing. The runs are almost IDENTICAL, which is weird. I cooled down a lot longer, and iced my legs down a lot, so hopefully the strained calves are a bit less awful than last week. Gotta build up my tolerance to this new running form.
