Nice long run. Kept an obviously slower pace which really helped me finish without any problems like on my last 9 mile run. I think I'll be running about an 8:30 pace from now on for long runs >8 mi and take it easy up long hills.
I start my new job tomorrow, so I expect running to take a hit until I pass my exam/ease into the job a little. I'm going to keep the long run at 10-12 though.
