Notes
HOT, even at 9AM. Was planning on 4-5 miles easy, but the blazing sun/heat changed my mind after the first 1/2 mile. Instead, I just ran 800m hard, rested 3 min, then did another 800m hard, then felt awful, so I jogged a final 800m. Pathetic, but at least I got out and did some sort of run. Long run planned for tomorrow (plus a bike ride today).
