Notes
HOT and HUMID run, even at 6:30pm in April. Temp was close to 90, sun was going down, so that helped. Slowed down considerably compared to most of my longer runs, and never really felt like I had any juice in my legs, even after a few days of rest. A nice preview of what to expect from my summer running... slow and steady.
Nike Free's feel OK, I can keep a nice forefoot/midfoot strike for most of the run. It'll be interesting to watch the wear pattern. The toe-box is pretty narrow, so I have a blister or 2 on my toes, but nothing that I can't live with or that won't be gone in a few days. Easy runs the next few days, then a longer one this weekend again.
did a BFR cooldown.
