Longest BFR to date... not all 2 mi, but the first 1.5 was barefoot. Ran it pretty quick, and on some pretty tough and grainy pavement at Deep Run. I did get a little blister on the ball of my R foot, and my L calf is still mildly strained... but I'm happy with the way it went, and can't wait to do some more later this week.
