Notes
A new PR for me (with exception of Bryce Canyon which does not count because of downgrade). Felt fairly strong all run. A little worn, but okay at start. Slept better part of 5 hours helped. Did 5 hr energy and pre-race drink before - sipped the fizz out of the bottle the whole way - no stops just my 20 oz which was frozen to start 4/5. Ate Pizza normal night before. Oats and Bananas was pre race food
