Notes

Literally had to dust off the Garmin and iPod. Been awhile since I ran. Great day for a run, wish it would've been a better run, but considering my track record for the last year, we're lucky I even got this one done. Still...not a terrible effort. I walked quite a bit; I have zero stamina. But, all in all, right about where I expected to be.
