Starting all over again. I wish I could plan my life accordingly to make running a priority. Unfortunately, I don't seem to be capable. So, here we are again. This run was typical of someone who hasn't run in a few weeks and has just eaten nachos and Coca-Cola...actually, considering that, it was a pretty darned good run. But, it didn't feel like it as I huffed and puffed around the track. Miserable!
