Early morning workout. Woke up at 5, ate some breakfast and we were running by 6. Did the flexibility thing for the first time. It reminded me of how very unflexible I am. I guess I'll get better as time goes by. I was much more consistant with the hills, probably because I was running with other people. At 4 I did the weight regiment, which was not too bad. I'm awefully sore now but I really didn't feel it while lifting, with the exception of the bench. I am a very weak person, but I did not know I could lift the amount I did, 95. Might not be a lot, but I guess it will increase as time goes on. The dips were also hard. Glad to be done running early though, although it left me falling asleep all day.
