Don't really know how long it took me, as i forgot my watch. Was probably slow though, as I'm extremely sore from yesterday. This is a good though because it means the weights were enough, which I wasn't sure about yesterday. I hope this lifting pays off, and I think it will. Also, I hate running by myself, but I did. I've got bbbs today so I had to run early. Glad I ran though. Might do core workout later if I have time.
