Felt good for this run. Ran by myself at home. Spent the whole morning raking and then, once done, went for a run. Very nice day out. First real long run in a while. Glad that I hit my mileage goal last week. This week I want to be around 58ish. I have 3 weeks to get to 70, and I want to build up as gradually as possible. My leg still feels fine although there are slight pains. Can't wait to wake up at 5 tomorrow. I am not a morning person, and hill workout in the morning sounds aweful. On the other hand, it means we can get to the B really early. This season should be good.
