Not happy with this workout but not really that mad. Granted i ran poorly, but I have been increasing my mileage and starting lifting so I'm pretty sore. I also was by myself running really early after sleeping little and eating nothing, and those may have played a factor. Nice of Todd to stay and cheer me on though. Hopefully I'll do better this weekend. Duffty was right on pace and I want to be with him on saturday. Need to work harder.
