First sighting of snow, and I ran on the trail today - pretty much nobody, and lots of last-minute christmas shoppers but relatively low traffic where I ran, so I didn't have to wait as much to cross streets. I was a little sore from lifting yesterday, but I just took it easy the entire time, around 6:55-57 pace, then picked it up in the last 2 miles. I'm trying to get used to pacing myself without a watch, so I don't look at splits or anything like that - I try to run off feeling.
