Notes

So I kind of look like my brother, who has a year-long membership to the local health club, so I posed as him and got access to a workout room, weights, and an indoor track. I thought it was going to be great, and I'd have a good place to do my 200 strides, so I gave it a go today. It's complete bs. The track is 1/10 of a mile, so I had to run 2.5 laps for a 200, and the curves are so sharp, it was like running in a square and turning at the last second. Long story short, I don't think I'll be going back - even though they have a nice weight system. I'll have to find a way to get on my high school track. They just built a new one, but there's a barbed-wire fence around it. Run was fine. Picked it up a little in the last 2 miles, and got a short lifting/ab workout in since it was only 5 miles today.
