Notes

3 sets of 4x400 at 1:20, 1:15, 1:10. It was okay. I hit all the times, and it wasn't that easy, but it wasn't a killer workout either. The third 400 in the set is always the hardest for me. Rest was 30, 45, and 60 seconds between reps for the first, second, and third set, respectively. The next speed workout will be more rest, faster sets. This felt too much like Wednesday.
