Notes

It was warm today - and felt better than I did yesterday, so that's good. I'm kind of feeling under the weather, but not so much that I can't run. Tomorrow's 400s will be 4x400 at 1:20, 1:15, and 1:10 pace. 5 minutes of rest between sets. 30 sec of rest between 400s, then 45, then 60. I'll run it by feel, but tentatively, that's the workout tomorrow.
