Notes

Started off slow and sore, ended up smooth. I felt really slow in the beginning, and kept on going because I knew the soreness would go away. I just took it easy today, didn't speed up or anything. I did notice that the front of my left shin and my left Achilles' Tendon were particularly aching today. I'll ice, rest, and stretch 'em, and see how that goes.

My workout day will be Wednesday, and the 400 day will be Saturday this week. I've been doing the steady-state run workout on Wednesday's, plus I have a lot of miles that day so I figure might as well. Plus I have two days to recover before Wednesday, and two days to recover before the Saturday workout, followed immediately by an LSD on Sunday. My goal for Wednesday is 5:45/mile, and haven't decided on the 400 workout. Will decide by tomorrow. I may lift this week. All I've been lifting is legs - squats and dead lifts. I'll play it by how my body feels.
