Easy run at the house with Lady. Ran down into the canyon then up Forest Ranch road then back. Beautiful afternoon, 58 degrees, 35% humidity, wind N at 10 mph. Tried to keep it easy, picked it up a tiny bit the last 2 miles coming back to the house. Avg pace 9:11, avg HR 142. Good run.
