2 X 3 mile strength intervals after work before church. Supposed to go 8:30 pace on the intervals. 2 mile warm up, 1 mile recovery and 1 mile cool down. Beautiful evening. 51 degrees, 23% humidity, wind NNE at 9 mph. Overall avg pace 8:57, avg HR 155. Ended up a little fast on the intervals. Good workout.
GPS still cutting corners. Went back and edited it and avg pace dropped to 8:42.
