Easy run at the house. Beautiful evening. 67 degrees, 14% humidity, wind NNE at 8 mph. Ended up with some false spikes on the HRM even running without a shirt. Avg pace 9:44, avg HR 141 but should be several beats lower. Oh well, really nice run.
Edited the spikes on the GPX file.
