Easy run at the office. 70 degrees, 27% humidity, wind NNW at 14 mph. No idea what was up with my HR. Seemed about 10 beats high right from the start. Maybe running after breakfast? No idea. Felt like an easy run based on every other aspect. Somehow my phone paused itself and skipped about 1/2 mile before I figured it out so the GPS track is showing about 1/2 mile short. I was able to go back and fix the total mileage though. Avg pace 9:56, avg HR 148. Still a good run.
