Another round of 6 x 800m intervals. Really nice morning, 64 degrees, 56% humidity, DP 48, wind N at 5 mph. Really getting dialed in on these intervals, shooting for 7:00 pace on the first 3, 6:50 pace on the next 2, and everything I have left on the last one. Think I got pretty close on all those, and maybe ended up under 6:30 pace on the last one. Really good workout.
800m split paces were 7:01, 6:59, 7:03, 6:49, 6:53 and 6:26.
