Easy run at the house with 6 - 15 second strides. Nice morning, 69 degrees, 61% humidity, DP 55, wind W at 3 mph. Stomach still hurts a bit from whatever I did yesterday, but not enough to affect my run anyway. The big race is now just one week away!
