Notes
A little bit of hills again today. Down into the canyon, up the other side and then back again. Windy, 64 degrees, 38% humidity, wind S at 21 mph. Mostly ran east and west though. Ran a little faster than easy, but not too much. Ran up the last hill at a decent effort then eased back up. Feeling like I'm getting a pretty efficient stride going on these easy runs. Overall avg pace 8:28. Good run although it was hard to get myself out there and get going today.
