Started as an easy run with Cathy riding the bike, then decided to pick it up around HM race pace for the last 3 miles. Think runkeeper may have cut a few corners though. 69 degrees, 58% humidity, wind S at 13 mph. Overcast. Per runkeeper avg pace 8:28. Good run.
