Summary:

I ran a bit longer to make up for the training missed on Tuesday, the 6th. I felt the wind was a factor for the first 3 miles as I was running against it. After that I didn't even feel it. A pair gloves would come handy here.

One thing I did different prior beginning my workout was having lunch; thinking it was going to give me the necessary fuel to run. Boy, i was wrong! Apparently i didnt give myself enough time for food to settle and at then it made feel heavy and slow (10 minutes of finishing eating I went for a run)

All things consider, I had a great workout week. I ran in the rain for the first time and it was awesome. I kept a pace of about 8mins 30 seconds. Not bad and with enough room to improve.

Observation:

If I am going to have lunch make sure I give myself more time to let food settle. Maybe 15mins or so. Also, do not have chilling (hamburger meat with beans prior the training as this will make me feel lousy)
