Notes
Summary:
Today was my first time I go for a run in the rain. It was not so bad after all in fact i ran faster than my previous run. I believe partly because I ad a granola bar before the run as supposed to prior workout where I didnt have anything to eat. Also, I took 5 minutes to do some stretching which helped.
Observation:
-This time my right leg was function better. I didnt feel like I was putting too much of weight on it.
- I felt I could have run a bit faster but decided to be save than sorry. After all it is a easy work out. There will be time for hard workout some other time.
- There were instances when my mind wander around then found myself slowing down a bit. I need to learn to concentrate more.
