Alec and Amanda rode their bikes. Level 1 recovery workout. Saw Justin Ako chiropractor just before. Adjusted lower back. A little sore (secrum area). Run was OK. He suggested that the dull pain down the thighs might be from a (herniated?) disk. The only way to diagnose that would be w/an MRI. He gave me a few hip and thigh stretches. Recommends heat and stretching.
