hill workout at Wake Med:
1 mi warm up
6 big hills starting from where path splits (700m up)
2:16, 2:12, 2:04, 2:03, 2:12, 2:01
1 mi cool down
solid workout, beautiful conditions. ran with Rookie who looked phenomenal, pushed me up every single hill and then I would get him on the flat part to the road. 5th was slow because he missed it going to the bathroom. but I felt strong and it was good to get back on the hills again
