Really solid run with the guys on the greenway this morning. Ran pretty early because Gibby had an early meeting to go to. It was pretty controlled on the way out and I felt pretty relaxed, probably running around 6:20s. At the turn I turned a little later than the other guys so I got separated and by then it felt like we were running around 6:10s. Was by myself on the way back but I kept the effort and the pace up. Was struggling towards the end but I worked through the uncomfortableness and added on a few minutes to get the full 10 miles.
