Notes

Did 4 hills at the hill leaving campus, forget what road it's on. 400m long. Did them pretty much alone. Worked pretty hard on them, felt really long especially on the last 2 reps I would get to about 100m to go and my legs would start to give out, I would try to get them to move but they wouldn't respond. Solid workout overall, exhausted for the rest of the day.
