Notes

Met with Anthony at 11:00 today and started working on my back with him. Started by rolling out my arches and calves with a lacrosse ball and then started doing exercises. First I did an exercise where you activate all the muscles in your legs and balance on one foot, making sure everything in your upper body is straight. I then did the same exercise but with a weight that I switched from hand to hand 6-8 times per foot. Made it much more difficult to hold everything steady. Then I did one with a lunge while switching the weight from hand to hand. Next one with the back to the wall, activating the core and pulling my hands up over my head. Lastly I did one where I pull a band attached to a fence towards me and then move it forwards and backwards.

***All exercises were done without shoes on.
