Hello, my weight is going in the wrong direction. Need to work on that. Staying pretty low carb, but apparently need to limit portions and cut carbs more. Blech. It was cold and dark so I went to PF and used the treadmill. what a miserable, slow experience. I kept it really slow because I want to hit it Thursday at track, but I couldn't have gone much faster. Need to learn to run in the hot indoors with no air circulation! Did a few assisted pullups and pistols and goblet squats. Stretched and done. I'm happy I didn't bag this workout. The first mile really sucked
