Whew! 2 mile w/up jog from garage to home (no watch, ~19min) then out Bayside & back doing 7x1mi intervals at MP-30sec (target around 8:00/mi). Very windy but no downpour at least and run went better than expected. Avg pace for intervals 8:02 and HR 142 seems slow but was all I've got in the tank lately.
