Easy 1 mi w/up then 9 mi at MP effort (actually harder than MP but what the hell). Feeling like crap before the run started but surprised myself once I got going with some good splits. Exact same route as I used the last time I did this same workout but only for 8 miles MP then. Extra mile as out and back on Joes point hill. Excellent run!
