A real run again. At 5 in the evening tackled my night loop around Golden, with its 720 feet of ascent, and ran the first lap in a solid 58:20. Then, picked up the pace a little and worked noticably harder to run the second lap in 56:18, a reasonable time given the lateness of hour. It feels good to run negative splits on these longish runs.
