Ran on a treadmill beside a friend I'm helping train for a marathon. My session was 6 minutes at 7:24 pace, then 6x4 minutes at 6:00 pace off 4 minute recoveries at 7:24 pace, followed by a final 6 minutes at 7:24 pace to cool down. (Threw in a couple of fast minutes during the final 2 intervals at 5 minute mile pace, and that felt great!!!) It was hot in the gym, and the session left me truly buzzed and high.
