Notes
A snatched run: had 30 minutes spare before picking up the kid from school. So ran barefoot around the short soft grass of Fairmount Park. A brief 5 minute warm up, then tried to cover as much ground as I could in 20 minutes. Ran hard, but not completely flat out, and covered 5.54K, meaning I was moving at 5:49 per mile, not so bad. Must jump into a 5K race soon, just to see. Felt exceptionally good after this short session, buzzing.
