Intervals, up a hill, with a jog stroller!!!! Ran 5x600m intervals with Naomi in the jog stroller on the steep bike path near home. She slept, while I pushed myself to the limit, running each uphill interval faster: 2:53, 2:48, 2:42, 2:36, 2:32. Jogged back downhill after each one, roughly in 3 minutes each time. Funny, the first one seemed as fast as I thought I could go. Just goes to show! A short session, but worthwhile training!
