Legs 7/10 - Hip was worse late in the run today.

Stretched out at 2nd gel stop and better until heading up the hill on 175. Fine on downhill on 550.

Stops at 6.5/8.5 and 12.5. Gels at first and last. Stretched for 10-15 sec each time.

Did this as 3/1 run. Tried to keep pace in 10:00-10:15 range for first 3/4.

First 13 miles averaged 10:07 with HR at 143.

Last 4 miles averaged 9:23 with HR at 160. Mix of long downhill on 550 and uphill on 175/500.

Miles 3-13 at 10:01 and HR 145 - similar to last week (9:56 @ 146).

Temp Range - 57-73
