Good run.
Felt a bit out of it around mile 6/7.
Took a Gel earlier than i normally would have - wanted to try e-Gel. Tasted good and worked well - finished 2nd half of run strong.
Splits were consistent - no walking - HR got up there at end - started pouring rain and ran last .25 in 9:10 pace.
19% above HR zone - not bad at all!
