Legs 7/10 - never felt good. Same thing as last cycle when taking a day off.
Hammy/Glut still tight to start. Stretched a bit longer after run to work it out.
HR was high due to wind - really tough.
Pace was a bit faster since I ran downwind on 175 to start and struggled to go over 10 mpm.
Wore tights, new PI thermal top and vest - was fine - actually a bit warm.
