Legs 8/10 - got heavy late.
Ran first half near 10:20 pace and planned to do the latter half near 9:40. Miles 11 and 12 were back up 175 into headwind and HR spiked near 170 - these were nearer 9:55 pace. Fitness still not there...
Took a gel at 7 miles. Didn't have anything to eat for several hours before run. Temps were also warmer but pleasant.
