Suprirsed at the pace. Never rally got into my running groove until mile 7. Felt distracted and sluggish. Half mile into the run had to go to the bathroom. Fortunately still close to one. Started run again. Not sure what's going on with my digestive system. This is the third time I've been by an urgent need. Glad that I persevered with the run.
