Weatherman keeps saying it's going to rain, but it hasn't! Went out with no hat or sunglasses, and lo and behold the sun comes out. No wind on the way out. Wind did pick up on the way back, the last 2 miles but nothing too bad. Feeling tired at the end and couldn't sustain my usual end-of-run kick. Surprised to find that this was my fastest long run to date. Perhaps this explains why I was feeling tired. Knackered now.
