FOGGY! Some parts of the trail were quite wet from the fog dripping off the redwoods. On the way back, the sun came through. Looked into the canyon; magnificent. The West Ridge trail still covered in the fog, and yet below I could see sunshine. The uphills really mess up my stride and consequently my pace. Find that I "hunker down" on my hips, shorten my stride uphill, and then forget to straighten up for the flats. Really tried to do this correct this towards the end. Will have to pay attention to it next week.
